We get it, things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit for returns. We do not issue refunds. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing. Store Credit never expires.
When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

- All vinyl, sublimation, and graphic tees are made to order. These orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process and be ready for shipment, no matter what shipping method is chosen. (During the holiday season, this may take longer due to order volume).
- Holiday Season Orders: (Orders containing Custom Made items will still take 10-13 business days to process, so please do not delay on ordering them!) The deadline to order those for Christmas is December 11th.
- Standard Shipping is $7.95
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in the continental United States. (Excluding shoes, weekender bags/large duffel bags, and some home decor).
- Thread Junkies Boutique is not responsible for:
- Delays with USPS shipping.
- International duties or customs charges.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The U.S. Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the package/packages.
- Products marked "delivered" by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office regarding the delivery of your package.
- All our shipments come with Tracking and Delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address.
- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held accountable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS: (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund any additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
- Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise (see below and note ALL steps on how a return is eligible). We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires.
- Returns must be post marked within 15 (fifteen) days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 15 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
- Due to high order volume, we do not process exchanges.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
- Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
- Clearance and accessories sales are final and are non-returnable. we enforce this policy strictly and store credit will not be given for returned items marked as accessories, Home & Gift, clearance, or sale items
- Customized Graphic Tees are Final Sale.
- All BOGO free orders are final sale.
- Items discounted 30% or greater will also be considered final sale. No exceptions.
- The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.
- We would love to have you join the Thread Junkies email list! We understand things don't always work out. When you have a Thread Junkies account store credit is applied to your account for returned orders, whereas if you don't have an account you will receive a coupon via email to the address provided.
Holiday Return Policy:
- Orders placed on or between November 20th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 10th, and must be postmarked no later than January 10th. All other store guidelines still apply.
- (Orders containing Custom Made items will still take 10-13 business days to process, so please do not delay on ordering them!) The deadline to order those for Christmas is December 11th. All customized graphic tees are final sale and aren't eligible for return/refund.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise Process:
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your Thread Junkies account, order #, and product code/name of the item.
- We do not need to be notified of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.
- Returns must be post marked within 15 (fifteen) days of the date you receive your shipment.
- If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted.
ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR A RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RESHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RESHIPPING FEE IN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
